1. The service

CS AI provides a dashboard to reply to WhatsApp chats with the help of AI, manage a catalog, and create quotations and invoices.

2. WhatsApp connection

WhatsApp is connected by scanning a QR code (WhatsApp Web), not through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, like other AI chat services of this kind. We do not guarantee that a user's number will be free from limits, suspension or blocking by WhatsApp, and that risk is entirely the user's responsibility.

The service is meant for replying to incoming chats. Users may not use it for broadcasts, bulk messages or unsolicited messages (spam), because such patterns are easily detected by WhatsApp. We may suspend accounts that appear to send spam.

3. Accounts and plans

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. The free trial has a time limit and a limited number of AI replies; paid plans follow the price shown when you subscribe.

4. AI replies

AI replies can be wrong. Users remain responsible for the prices, stock and promises given to their customers, and can pause the AI at any time.

5. Termination

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break the law or these terms.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; important changes will be announced in the dashboard.
