Privacy Policy

CS AI (cs.basedondata.net) is a service that helps businesses reply to customer WhatsApp chats with AI. This page explains what data we store and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, business name, email, WhatsApp number and password (stored as a hash).
• Sign in with Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, we only receive your name, email address and Google account ID (scope openid, email, profile). We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Business data: the product catalog, AI knowledge notes, quotations and invoices you create.
• WhatsApp chats: messages from the WhatsApp number you connect, so they can be shown in the dashboard and answered by the AI.

How data is used

• To run the service: showing chats and creating AI replies, quotations and invoices.
• Message content is sent to the AI model provider (Anthropic) only to generate replies.
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Separation and security

Each account's data is kept separate and can only be seen by users of that account. The dashboard is accessed over HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all of its data by contacting the email below. You can also revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting your account & data
