Delete your CS AI account

This page explains how to delete a CS AI account (basedondata.net) and its data, from the website or from the phone app.

Delete it yourself

Sign in at cs.basedondata.net/app or open the CS AI app on your phone.
Tap your initials in the top-right corner → Delete account.
Enter your password (or your email for a Google account) and confirm.

What gets deleted

Account owner: the whole account is deleted permanently — all businesses, WhatsApp connections (linked devices are removed), chat history, contacts, labels, products, AI knowledge, quotations & invoices, team admins and notification devices.
Team admin (not the owner): only your login is deleted; the business data stays with the account owner.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Server backups are erased automatically within 30 days.
Feedback you sent before is kept without your identity.

Can't sign in?

Send a deletion request from your registered email to the basedondata.net team or use the Feedback button on the home page, and mention your account email. We process it within 7 working days.
